Violeta Bulc, founder of Vibacom (www.vibacom.com), expert on balanced sustainable development strategies, organic growth and innovation ecosystems. She believes in the power of networks, holistic individual, and positive energy. She has received national awards for business innovation (2004 – 2011), as well as, together with her clients, 4 national FENIKS Awards for consulting projects (2004, 2006, 2008, 2010). As entrepreneur she gets invited to different EU strategy and action groups. She is a member of management and supervisory boards of several professional associations (UN Chapter of Global Compact in Slovenia, Manager Association, Umanotera, and global “Change the game” initiative). She is also a member of Slovenian National Council for innovative society and an honorary member of Association of Slovenian Innovators. She is a vice president for innovation at Challenge Future, global solution network for youth empowerment.

Bogo Seme, business coach and consultant, is an owner of the company named Hedoni. He has developed a program Sunflower Hedon - training for sustainable development of holistic personality and personal branding. He helps, strengthens and develops the strategic thinking of individuals in a well of themselves, their families, businesses and wider society with the coaching, business training and consulting.

CV David Rakar
He gained his knowledge on several different schools. In Slovenia from GEA College – Faculty for Entrepreneurship, in Sweden from JIBS – Jonkoping International Business School, in Croatia from Cotrugli Business School and in Turkey from Bogazici University, Istanbul.

In student time, he was participating on several business competitions and also won awards at national and international level. At the same time, he was founder of student company, where different market projects were manifested, with stakeholders from local, national and global participants.

For the last 18 years, he has been gaining working experiences in family business in tourism and simultaneously in several other companies on the fields of education, international trade, ICT, media, advertising, sales, management consultancy etc. For the last 4 years, he has been working within his own company Davidon – Global Business Development on activities such as consultant, guest lecturer, finance organizer, supply manager, buyer agent, international trader and own new entrepreneurial start-ups. Countries involved are countries of Europe and Asia.

Tools/methodologies used in business world and also in personal life are practical, but yet with urgent consideration of cultural background and level of individual personal awareness. He is a member of several societies with common goal of better future.

CV Kaja Rangus
Kaja, young researcher at Vibacom d.o.o (a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Economics,
University of Ljubljana (FELU)). Her research focuses innovation management and entrepreneurship in particular open innovation. Her doctoral dissertation will present in detail several possibilities of implementing open innovation practices. She was employed in Technology park Ljubljana from 2005-2010 where she aquired experiences and knowledge in the field of entrepreneurship, the birth and development of SMEs, R&D and innovation as well as with concrete activity of Technology park Ljubljana.

CV Blaž Branc
A creative person, marketinger, copywriter, researcher, writer, lecturer, coach, musician. Because of his own many talents and interests, he developed Supercreativity;® a method which guides and enables multi-talented people to create the idea, that embraces their many talents into one new idea, and in turn focusing energy for action.

He got his first job in 2001 with Domenca while still studying sociology, human resources management at Faculty for social sciences in Ljubljana. At Domenca, he began his work in sales, later took on project management of web projects, then became head of the webdesign department and in 2007 became marketing manager. In 2008 he was invited to manage marketing at mimovrste=), Slovenia's biggest online retailer. Since 2009 he has been on a entreprenurial path, developing G.R.E.A.T. IDEAS: a concept based on the theory of dual nature of creativity. The concept is a hybrid of marketing/personal development/HR techniques; it is a systematical and holistic approach to organization's need for more creativity (and innovation) output in generating and communicating value to their customers.

As co-founder, director, procurator of the company Agens Engineering Ltd since 1992 she has been learning about changes in the business environments in different, even foreign markets. Her experiences rise from collaborations with small, medium-sized businesses and corporation. She strives for helping clients at acquiring, retention or increasing market shares. Overcoming certain negative trends in the markets, with innovative approaches adapted to the local environment, has led to long-term cooperation.

Electro Engineer and Master of business administration. She has gained her experiences as Developer in Eti, General manager of Oria Computers, Competence Development Manager for Trimo Group and General manager in Svea.

She has received awards for her work in the field of entrepreneurship. Company Oria Computers under her leadership received the award HRM Project 2004 and recognition for introducing the concept of a learning company for the year 2005. Victoria innovation system for evaluating employees has received the Gold Award for Innovation from Chamber of Commerce Zasavje. She was also among the recipients of the Feniks Award for Inco project - a movement for innovative breakthroughs. Manager magazine ranked her among the 25 original managers and magazine Kapital between 50 influential women in business.

Occasionally she publishes articles in the field of human development in the business world. As a lecturer she transfers her experience in various business events. She is a longtime member of the Board of the M;anager’s Association and Women Section, a member of the Association of Supervisors Slovenia (also the holder of the certificate to the members of the Supervisory Board and Board of Directors). She is also a member of the Programme Council for ŠIK school and the Board of InCo movement. She writes a blog about leadership www.i-leaders.net.

CV Ana Struna Bregar
Ana Struna Bregar is an architect. Her work is focused on advocacy for greater spatial awareness of the general public and strategic consulting for the development of spatial potentials of public and private institutions.

With a variety of projects draws attention to the impact of high quality-shaped space to improve the quality of living and to improve the cost-effectiveness of the spatial projects. She is a co-founder of socially responsible projects Open House Slovenia and Playful architecture. With them through practical experience in architecture among the general public, especially among educators, children and adolescents, draws attention to the role of a well-designed space .

She deals also with the organizational management of events related to sustainable spatial development. As architectural critic, she writes for different Slovenian and foreign professional and popular magazines. Between 2009 and 2013 she was head of House of architecture by the Chamber of Architecture and Spatial Planning of Slovenia, before that she gained experience in the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning, the architectural office Sadar Vuga and in urban enterprise ZUM.

CV Tonja Blatnik
Tonja Blatnik is a communication officer at The Managers’Association of Slovenia (MAS). She is an executive editor of the officialpublication of MAS - MQ magazine and assistant of Section of section of womenmanagers, which has more than 300 members, president of the section is SonjaGole. Tonja studied Sociology at Faculty for social sciences, University of Ljubljana.In her undergraduate thesis she represented her 3-years long research ethicaldilemmas concerning intersexuality for which she had also been nominated forprestiguos university award Prešernova nagrada. Now she is a postgraduate student,her research discipline is Management and development of organizations. Tonjais active in different projects that are connected with MAS or beyond. Latelyshe was nominated for a member of the jury for the Slovenian national award forcorporate social responsibility Horus, she also took part in the working groupfor refreshing Code of ethics of MAS.
