InCo Corp

InCo Corp. is the program for the promotion and implementation of innovation communication within companies. It is based on an innovation communication strategy, which is the management’s tool for creating conditions and rules of communication for stimulating innovation in the business world. The company applies it to promote its innovation culture, and to extend the latter to target public within and outwith the company. The innovation communication strategy is based on the development story of the company, it is embedded in its strategic guidelines and directly addresses the target audience(within and outside of the company).

Purpose:

  • promoting innovation as a valuable asset in the company, and which is encouraged among employees,
  • promoting the role of innovation communication and interstrata cooperation in the business environment,
  • encouraging the information of companies' innovation to target audiences,
  • encouraging reporting on innovation in companies' internal media mechanisms,
  • presenting the tools and experiences of efficient communication on innovation in companies.


Ways of the implementation of the program:
  • organization of competition for the best contributions on the topic of innovation, published in the internal media of Slovenian companies,
  • promotion of Slovenian innovations and innovators locally and globally, public through various media and personal presentations,
  • production of TV shows about the successful business stories of Slovenian companies (a series of TV shows "Business Rythms" produced in cooperation among companies TV Pika, Vibacom and Mediade),
  • educational workshops and lectures about innovation communication strategies in companies and among professional public,
  • consulting and professional support in implementation of innovation communication strategies in companies.
